Here is my writing that i have done for you to read.

Have you been to the art gallery?

On Friday the 21st of november Mrs Lavakula class, Mrs Ouano’s class and Mrs Jacobson class went to the art gallery. We had some helpers and there name are Whaea Saf, John, Alfa and Mrs Tepania. We traveled to the Auckland Art Gallery we went on a bus.

As soon as we got to the Auckland  Art gallery we had to wait outside for a while.  

We saw a security guard guarding the Auckland Art Gallery.

As we were waiting we were playing games lot’s of games.

Then a lady name Mandy she came out and told us to talk a bit quiet so they can

sort out where are we going first. They sort it out. Group one went with Maddie.

We went to a room with a jar on the table ready to start to cut the jar out as soon as we finish we had to listen to the next instruction that was draw something that you have done. I drew my brother Mokai wedding and you can not draw word’s i accidentally drew word’s. then we had to go.

We went to the bathroom and to the feltin next to the bathroom then we had morning tea and had a little play. After that we went back to the entering.

Then we went in again and my group went to walk around talking about the art then we went to the lego and i tried to build a building in the city. but i kind of looked like it but i didn't. It looked okay.

Then we went to the learning center it was fun.

We all danced and it was fun then we looked through the 3D and the Magnifying glass. and we did puppet and then we left to go for lunch we went up the stairs outside to have lunch.

Then we went back in and we went with a lady and we had to find a picture. And then we found it and we talked about it. The picture was about a man with a mushroom on his head and in a cave with a old lady and a man that looks like he likes the girl that is talking to the old lady.

The favorite thing i did was draw in the jar it was lot’s of fun.  

Pt England school atheltics

Have you heard of athletics?

On Friday the 14th of november 2014 pt england school had athletics.

We all gathered on the hard court. We were walking to the hard

courts I could feel my heart beating. Mr Burt had to say the Karakia. We all

had to hope that it will not rain. I could not wait for it to start.

The first thing year 4 girls done was sprinting. When we were in line i could feel my heart pounding. Then Mr Burt said “Ready, Set, Go” then we all started to run our fastest.I was scared i would come last but i didn’t I came 1st In the first round with the people i was versing. Then the 2nd round i came 4th.It doesn't matter if you come last as long as you tried. I thought it was amazing.

We jogged over to our next activity discus with Mr S.

I always threw the discus out of the line. We all had a couple of turns.

The top three were Annelis, Mystik and Paige. They worked very great they had done their best and amed where they were throwing it i think i came last at that one. Discus was boring i really didn’t enjoy it much!.

Have you heard of Javelin? Well That is what year 4 girls went over to.

We did it with one of our teachers in the school Mr Barks on the Reserve.

I was the first person to do it i came 1st then someone took my spot.

We all only got one turn. Then Leson banged her head with the Javelin.

We had Morning tea. But we were not allowed to touch the gears or we will get

in trouble we all played games at morning tea. Then we all gathered back to the netball courts. Mrs Vaasuanga released us Back to our activity We went to sac rase. we went in house colours i was in Takitimu. I think Matatua won that activity.

Then we all left to class and we took a photo.

The best activity i have done in athletic was sprinting because it was fun. All of it was kind of fun but sprinting is my favorite.

How to be a polite Pt England student.

Do you know how to be polite  Pt england student?”  This is how pt england school be successful.

I will give you some ideas how to be successful  to others one is use your manners they will like that

I will start now How to be polite is to respect. Respect is like be  kind to other people. Don’t be mean to

others because bad things that you do hurt other people and affect them.It is good to respect

to be nice so they know they can trust you if you do bad they would not trust you.

you could always stop think and do befor you go out and do

something stupid. You stop then you start to think” no i am going

to do something stupid i should not do it.

Another thing how to be polite is to help them look after them

make sure they are okay so they feel safe comfortable around you

then they will like your company. If anyone be mean just say use your W.I.T.S.

A example is if they will not not let you play and you just want to punch them you need to walk away and calm down. Here are what use your W.I.T.S stand for W stands for walk away I stands for ignore it T means talk about it S means seek out.

Walk away means go away from them walk the opposite way.

Ignore means just don’t listen to them don’t look at them don’t sit next to them.

Talk about it is when you are hurt you talk about it to someone it will make you feel better and get over it.

 

That is what a polite Pt england student will do they will be polite.

Other people will like that see a student be polite to others.

This week we've been learning about time.we had to work out how much time (minutes) we spent brushing out teeth, at school and watching t.v. Here is my pie graph that shows you how much time I spent on each Activities.

What did you do in the holidays?

Well in the holiday’s I went to Rainbow’s End with my family.

I went on the stratos fear i was scared that was the last ride I  want to go on. Then i got use to it i have been on all the rides but it has changed

Me and all my family went to visit my aunty Sharon. Than 2 of my sisters  stay over the night  they were Mary and Maria then we had to go visit my nana Her name is Maria as well as my sister. my nana gave me $5 dollars we came to Glen Innes and went to Pak'nSave and we watched movies.

On the second week of the holiday’s we all had to go to my cousin birthday and her name is Sarah she is turning 8 years old. We went to chipmunks in pakuranga. We eat lots of yummy food it was junk food then we just had fun playing tiggy.

I felt happy because I have spent lot’s of time with my family.

On the 11th of september we had cross country for the whole school. I ran with the year 4 girls. While we were walking to the starting line,I could feel my heart pounding. When Mr Burt said “Ready, set, go!!!,We all started to jog  pass all the cones passing the goal post and the teachers that were the marshalls. But the year 4 girls only went half way.The house colors are Takitimu (Yellow) Tearwa (Red) Tinui (Blue) and mataatua(green).

I could hear the adult’s cheering for their kid’s.

Some of the kids said “Hi” back. Then we saw the finish line from a far distance we all started to sprint but i did not because i will get exorcised.

then we got to the finish line but the 1st girl was Faiso then 2nd Annelis then Penny and then Angel.

Then we watched the year 4 boy’s run around the field they ran the same way as the year 4 girls then we all started to talk what we came but the 1st boy Job 2nd boy was Simon 3rd boy was Russell.

In the weekend i went to the beach with my family.

And we went to the park and wait for my Cousin and dad to do the barbecue.We played tiggy and then my cousin came and ask if we want to play kicks i said no because i was tired then my sister and nephew Tyreece came and we played on the tornado

and then it was time to eat. After that we went for a swim in the water and it was cold but then me and my sister’s we're going to go in together but my big sister Roseanne did not come in the water it was just me and mary then we started to splash my sister than she was trying to get out my my sister Roseanne fell in then we went home and watch movies.

Today In C.R.E we heard a story of Wynton  Rufer he plays football.When he was 17 he started to play for New Zealand.He got into the football world cup.His team did not win or lose they got a draw 3 times.then he became a coach he went to Switzerland.

   

Commonwealth games punctuation

“Go!” yelled dad he was yelling at the tv while watching the boxing during the commonwealth games. Dad was watching very intensely David Nyika.He looked strong BOOM his opponent was knocked to the ground ‘’Hooray!’’ we all shouted david won gold and he is a champion.Wow i thought i want to be a boxer when i grow up.

Do you know Peter Snell?well in C.R.E we talked about him.He has now won 5 Goal Meddles 3 of the gold meddles was from the Olympics and 2 of the gold meddle was from the commonwealth games.
every time he will go to the park he will run so he can have some fun.My favourite part of the story is when he runs to the park to have some fun. we even made a meddle.

this week we have been learning about length.To learn about kilometres we used Google map. We had to find out how many kilometres is there to Auckland to Wellington the anger is 650 km.
i found out that there is 100 km to my hous.

Today was the first C.R.E for term.
We heard a story about Daniel and the lions.
the king's adviser's were jealous of Daniel because Daniel was the Kings Favourite.
they were telling secretes and they made a plan for the King to make a law that law was that no one could pray apart from the king and then he signed the paper but he had no choice so he prayed to God and then the three boys saw him and went to tell the king.

My Holiday Righting

Did you have an incredible and amazing holiday? Our school finished on friday the 4th of july for a term break. ”I can not wait for school to finish!” i would not have to wake up early for school and i could sleep in. me and my family did lots of stuff in the holidays how about i tell you all about what i did with my family. On the first week of the holidays we went to buy a new computer. i bought my computer from a garage sale. my mum has to do some work stuff and when we are allowed to go on me and my sisters go on. It was raining and windy on the way to buy our computer. it was so cold that me and my sisters wanted to stay in the car but we had to go and pick what computer we wanted. My brother Mokai came to my house and brought a desk. it was made of glass we are not allowed to lean on it or we will break and then the computer will fall and the computer will break. There was a storm me and my sister Mary,Breanna,Roseanne, Maria and my mum and dad we stayed home and watched movies on the computer. The movies we watched were smurfs two, the amazing Spider man and 16 wishes then we got tired and went to sleep and woke up and watched tv. i hope that me and my family can go to america next time but this holidays were alright. I felt happy than i could ever be. i can not wait for the next holiday though.

Today in C.R.E Mrs Clark was talking about King soul was jealous of David.
David hid in a cave and while King soul was sitting down he sneaked up to King Saul and cut a piece from his coat and he yelled out King Saul and then king Saul said is that you David. I think he felt guilty because David was respected. King Saul was being mean and jealous. David became the new king when King Saul died.` he was the king for 30 years.

Crows idea

This story is an Aesop fable. Aesop fables have morals. The moral of the story is about crow trying to find water and he found stones and he could not reach it so he puts the stones in the pot of water and he drank it.

David and Goliath

Today in C.R.E we did a play about David and Goliath. David was not scared to fight the Philistines. He used a slingshot to kill Goliath.

Mrs Jarman

Mrs Jarman is a very  special person to our school.

She is one of the assessment principle along side from Mr Jacobsen.

Mrs  Jarman talks to our family when they're  involved and helps us if we have problem. She takes detention at lunch time  and takes a year 4 netball team who plays  on Thursdays.Mrs Jarman helps the teacher too. when they're absent she organize a reliever. I love Mrs Jarman I hope she stays here for a long time.

My favourite sister

Do you have a kind and loving sister? My sister Mary is and Mary is 11 years old. Her favorite food is burger king.  me and Mary like to play together. She is very smart at reading and writing Mary went up a year. I think she is very pretty too. I know that her favorite show that she likes to watch is Shortland street. Mary just likes to do anything as long as Mary is happy.

On Thursday the 05 Of June 2014 We had C.R.E.

we had to get a buddy and my buddy was Brookylne we had to look for the verses and chapters.

Miss Clark choose some people to taste the honey some people thought that it was sour and swett.   

Badminton

For the last 4 weeks class 9 played badminton at 9.40am

When class 9 went to the hall we had to sit down and listen to Danny,

he was nice to us.He gave us a racquet and  shuttle each.

We had to hit the shuttle with the racquet over the net and my buddy was Jasmyne Hopper she was on the other side of the net and we hit the shuttle to each other, it was time swope over time so we had to go and hit it back and run to the back of the line.

when we did badminton i felt happy because I learned how to play

badminton i have never played that before. I have really enjoyed  hitting the shuttle over the net to Jasmyne.I hope i can do better hitting the shuttle to Jasmyne properly.I wish we still have badminton because it was cool.I hope we can play badminton next year with Danny.I hope it will be Danny because he was fun and loyal just like my Teacher  miss Lavakula.
